How energy saving can a visual identity be?
Bitgreen is a blockchain built for sustainability that uses the power of on-chain technology to solve the world's most urgent off-chain problems.
Their objective is to connect investors, donors, governments, and philanthropists with vetted project developers and investment opportunities into renewable energy, adaptive infrastructure, climate tech, microfinance, and ecosystem conservation.
It is the greenest blockchain out there not only because it uses the "proof of stake" method, but also because it embodies everything that makes it energy saving, from the blockchain authentication method to the colors used in the project.
In OLED screens each pixel is individually lit. That creates the possibility to save energy based on which color is displayed.
In the RGB Color spectrum, blue is the one that consumes the most energy, therefore our palette has 0% blue light.
Our grid system is built like a solar panel.
From a single cell it expands to fill any media.
